“returned items for exchange told unable to exchange given refund as did not have instock the requested colour/size would have appreciated the option to choose alternative or wait for item to come in stock. Would have waited for stores to open if known was ok to do so, was going to order more items”

“Terrible delivery service, very little correspondence no name on the packaging cost to much too, takes ages to be delivered. Wiggle are a much much better option for online sports delivery products. No complaints procedure. Terrible.”

“Rip off service and bad quality shoes. I bought the right size of shoes for someone as a gift yet it was tight and had to pay back delivery return same way I paid for delivery to buy item. Spent so much for just delivery forth and back when it was not fault that they have inaccurate show sizes-not true to its size. Had no choice but to send back and spend even more. Never buying online here.”

“I made an order with next day delivery. Shortly after I placed the order I receiver an email stating that one of the items I had ordered was now out of stock. I then placed another order with next day delivery for an alternative item. I wrote to customer service asking them to refund my second next day delivery as it was their mistake that led me to make a second order. I was completely ignored and didn’t receive any reply. Awful customer service and stock management.”
