“Sent items back still waiting for a refund”

“The service was very good but you have to pay to have your order delivered which is ok but if you have to send something back when it doesn’t look anything like the picture you have to pay again which I think is wrong so you are paying delivery twice”

“Well it wasn't the nicest experience. To start with the cancellation of one order saying that it was out of stock when clearly wasn't when I ordered. After that I've tried to cancel the entire order with no success. Nobody answered to my emails. I think they have an automated answer system. Anyway I end up paying 5 quid for a delivery for 1 item when I bought 2 items on purpose, just to be worth the delivery charges. This is my last time when I'm buying from sports direct online.”

“Very disappointing. Advertise next day delivery, charge an extortionate fee for the same. When delivery takes almost a week they do not reply with useful info. Extremely poor customer service. Will not use them in the future”

“The worst retailer to deal with I have ever used. Cost £13 in delivery because the first order of shoes was sore on my feet. U have to pay to get it sent back and new delivery on next parcel.”

“Ordered trainers that was in stock online placed my order with a couple of shirts paid £7.99 for next day delivery order accepted and paid to be followed by an email saying trainers not in stock 1 star for poor service and not having an option to place an alternative pair of trainers on same order to utilize same delivery cost I would say it's very Mickey mouse for a company like yours but to be honest you ain't even Betty boo”
