“Ordered 3 items for about 25 gbp plus 16 gbp for the shipping. Two items got canceled, but the third one was confirmed and couldn't be canceled. They shipped the remaining item but the shipping cost stayed the same (if i primarely ordered only that item, the shipping cost would be 11 gbp). Never ordering again, and recommending the same to people i know”

“Fantastic service. Very quick delivery- I chose standard shipping and my trainers arrived the next day. The exchange process was also straightforward and reliable. The company was in constant contact with me through email updates, letting me know when my shoes were exchanged and posted.”

“Shoes came quickly and in good sizing, however there was a very prominent rip around the top laces where the canvas had worn away before they arrived to me.”

“Paket ist seit einer Woche unterwegs. Seit Tagen ist nichts passiert und es kommt nicht voran. Beim nachfragen bekommt man nur die Sendungsnummer zugeschickt, die man ja bereits seit einer Woche hat.”

“I ordered a next day delivery. Unfortunately the items ordered didn't arrive. I had to make a complaint to yourselves and Hermes Customer Service as Hermes said that the delivery had been delivered but unfortunately the parcel was Not delivered at my address. Hermes assured me that item was delivered, But looking back on my cctv footage it clearly shows that the delivery driver's did park outside my house and didn't get out there car, they then reversed up and drove off with out making the delivery. The drivers sent a picture of the delivery which was his own inside car door... After contacting Hermes and sports direct customer services I had to provide evidence and contact my neighbours houses regarding the situation.. Hermes said delivery was made to my address and after evidence was sent they apologised that the item may of been sent to a different address. Paulette at sports direct customer services was very helpful and resolved the issue. I did not receive any delivery's and a refund is to be made.”

“Not recommend it I received wrong shoes size for my baby it same size i have ordered written in box but the shoes was bigger size . The return policy is difficult to return the item with this pandemic . Sorry but I’m not happy with item i have received .”
