“The items were supposed to arrive the next day with the delivery option I have chosen worth GBP 7.99. They did not. They arrived another day after that which beats the point. Had no idea I need to pay to return the items by post. They are super bulky and will cost a fortune to send for return. Tried sending customer service an email as there is no number, but I could only choose from a set number of subjects so I received a canned answer unrelated to my enquiry”

“I would have given you 5☆ except that the parcel was sent via Hermes - as past experiences have proved I expected the parcel to have something wrong and there was a big hole in the box. Luckily goods inside were not damaged. I usually will not order from any company who uses Hermes. Their reputation of delivering on time, undamaged it awful and they have a high % that 'goes missing'. This driver drove over communal grass causing damage. Awful courier company”

“Still haven’t received my parcel. Hermes are lying when they tried to deliver it I have cctv outside no van turned up. 7 days later still no parcel. I would suggest you look into different delivery companies as they have got to be the worst for this. So if anyone could chase it up as Hermes don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails”

“The sales process is ok, but to expect customers to pay postage for returning items is very poor. My return resulted in a refund but I am still over £3 out of pocket. I won’t be using this penny pinching company again.”

“returned items for exchange told unable to exchange given refund as did not have instock the requested colour/size would have appreciated the option to choose alternative or wait for item to come in stock. Would have waited for stores to open if known was ok to do so, was going to order more items”

“Terrible delivery service, very little correspondence no name on the packaging cost to much too, takes ages to be delivered. Wiggle are a much much better option for online sports delivery products. No complaints procedure. Terrible.”

“Rip off service and bad quality shoes. I bought the right size of shoes for someone as a gift yet it was tight and had to pay back delivery return same way I paid for delivery to buy item. Spent so much for just delivery forth and back when it was not fault that they have inaccurate show sizes-not true to its size. Had no choice but to send back and spend even more. Never buying online here.”
