“Not recommend it I received wrong shoes size for my baby it same size i have ordered written in box but the shoes was bigger size . The return policy is difficult to return the item with this pandemic . Sorry but I’m not happy with item i have received .”

“Different size of the shoes in the box than written on the box. Trying to find out why and was told that SD is converting sizes from US to UK. Bought same shoes two years ago and the sizes (box and shoes) were the same. Regardless somebody's mistake I have to pay for return... Not fair realy.”

“I ordered some cricket clothes online. Ordered 2 sets of pants and 3 shirts. Got the order and the items where a little too small, so i sent them back for exchange to get the next size up. I sent all 5 items back. I only got 3 items in return, so now in the process of trying to get the other remaining two items back..... bit disappointing that we could not the exchange part right!”
