“My order was placed on 3rd February and was processed and dispatched on 5th February. But I am still waiting for delivery on 10th February. Still tracking showing no delivery date and the status on Hermes site is stating my parcel is stuck and they are working hard to move it in the next 24 hours. The status is the same for the last three days. It is also stuck :-( . It is a shame.”

“Dumbbells sold as single! I always knew sports direct was bad so I was surprised when everything went so well. But, when the dumbbells arrived I realised they only sold them as single items, not a pair. Great. Paid loads for delivery of single dumbbells. Product, delivery, and status emails were all fine.”

“More than a week before this i ordered from the spirt direct ,... a week before this my package was handed over to Hermes ,... the system says... since then there is no news about it, ... I am still waiting, it has not arrived yet ... Sport direct wrote it back to my email that, they don't have time to deal with my problem because they're too busy ... that's all, ... that's the truth, that's what happened to me ... until today... will see...”

“Re: Order no. SD40000075348531 24/01/2021. I ordered my size small and had quicker delivery (£7.99), however they were surprisingly too small. I then paid £4.02 for their exchange for size medium. These were again too small. I think there is something wrong in your sizings. In order to return the size medium for a refund I have to pay yet more postage, in all greater than the purchase!! I hope you can help. A. Spence.”
