“I ordered a tracksuit but only the jacket arrived and it took over a week to get sorted. It was a gift so made it extremely inconvenient. Due to the timeframe meant that the product had sold out so could not be replaced.”

“Super fast delivery, though very expensive Customer service is really bad - I feel like I am in a loop and they are just not responding to the relevant issues. The items that did arrive are great - good quality and good price. Returns costs money too so think wisely before ordering as the stores are shut”

“Waited in twice for my delivery only to be told I was not in on where safe to leave it. Third time no knock on door just thrown on bench and left. Ordered 2 x 2xl slacks got 1 x 2xl and 1 x 3xl Wrong label on them. Would send back but don’t fancy seating around waiting for Hermes again. Won’t use again while you use Hermes.”

“I am really unhappy as I bought a pair of Puma trainers for £15 and then had to pay £4.99 p&p. I am size 8. When they arrived, they were far too tight. I returned them and had to pay the p&p!!!! (£3.40). The box they came in had £49.99 rrp in tiny print, and £25 in far larger print. This means that the 'real' price was £25. I therefore got the amazing amount of £5 off. WOW!!! I bought another pair of Pumas, size 9. They fitted nicely; although I had to pay another £4.99 p&p. What a joke!!”
