“I’ve paid next day delivery for Hermes to not turn up. I’ve been next to the blooming door no card in the door just a message and a email to say they attempted but no one was home!!!! I cannot even get hold of them but I’m not happy I can’t afford to pay for next day for it to not even be bothered”
