“I was delighted with how quick my shoes were delivered. I think they are good value even at the original price;however the security tag was left on and I had a huge problem removing it.”

“Awful service I ordered trainers for delivery and you use the worst delivery service known to man who apparently tried to deliver but was never seen (cctv was checked to confirm) and I still haven’t received my item as they are taking 1 whole week to try to Redeliver this is awful and also when I try to get in contact with you about this you ignore me and only send a auto reply saying my parcel isn’t even sent yet what a joke”

“Shure some things are cheaper than similar web-stores. But sportsdirect does not have free returns. You have to pay the postage fees when you return item(s).”

“Dear Sir. Ordered two hoody's navy blue and black, because of the discount and one postage cost, you email me saying the black was out of stock, I emailed back saying ill have two navy blue, you said too late, you honored the discount, thank you. If I wont another one I won't get the discount and ill have to pay another postage, wont be doing it. Regards Clive Gentry.”
