“Goods were as expected but service was much slower than I expected, and I don’t accept COVID as an acceptable excuse on that as we have been dealing with that situation now for twelve months. SD are happy to take your money instantly, but can’t even tell you if the item is in stock within 3 days of the order being placed. Delivery charge was too high also, considering that is currently the principal way of trading. Unjustifiable. I won’t be shopping with SD again time soon unless they shape up.”

“Overall good prices and quick delivery. Though think that delivery cost could be waved if you spend over £50+ especially when you have to pay for returns which has happened to me due to discrepancy in footwear sizing of different brands - this has put me off making further orders as what I was left with wasn’t such a good deal after £7.50 postage to return x2 pairs of trainers that I really wanted!”
