“Late & Wrong colour ‘muddy fox’ bike. Somewhere in the management they’ve gone , ah well- we’ll just send this blue one instead of the yellow ! As there’s many reports of others on forums experiencing the same service.”

“I'd have given a higher star if you gave staff better working conditions since your promises of 2016. This is probably the only time I will buy from sports direct because it was a specific present requested by a relative. I'd rather buy elsewhere, even if more expensive.”

“Order Number: SD0000075614366 The 2 x XL sweatshirts were ordered my daughter for me and she ordered XL without consulting me and I take size L. I returned the sweatshirts and enclosed a letter asking for the sweatshirts to be replaced with size L but you simply cancelled the order and stated that I had changed my mind. Your email of Fri 05 Feb @ 11.07 refers. Basically you failed to read my letter, as I wanted 2 x Large (L) sweatshirts as replacements, but you refunded my money less postage which is not what I wanted.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of casual bottoms for my partner as they were such a great price. When they arrived they were so good that I ordered 2 more pairs for him, and found 2 for me too. Brilliant quality! Also, they arrived very quickly. I've never ordered anything from Sports Direct before, but I certainly will do in the future.”
