“Didn’t receive the goods. Advised of an error with the courier. Was given a refund and no attempt to remedy the order despite a request to do so. Complete waste of time.”

“I purchased some new walking boots which I didn't expect to find on sports direct. I'd just like to say I'm over the moon with them comfy as trainers, durable waterproof an just spot on all round. Was a fast delivery time an no hassle from start to finish”

“Do not buy anything on line from this company ordered items for next day delivery have gone missing have sent 30 plus email tried there Telephone number you have more chance of winning the lottery than being able to get in touch with them will be issuing ccs .”

“I placed my order at 14:39 and it was accepted, but only 6 mins later at 14:45 I received a notification that part of my order had been cancelled due too it being out of stock. Whilst I appreciate that items do run out why was my order taken only too be cancelled 6 mins later. If I had known that the order was not in stock I would have ordered another product, why was I not contacted to offer a replacement. I also ordered several products to save on the extortionate delivery charge plus I had a money off voucher that gave me £5 off if I spent £25. Although I was given a part discount on my other products, I lost out on the full discount for my voucher. Now if I order another product I will have to pay yet another delivery charge. I can assure you that won't be happening when I can get the same product from another supplier for half the cost of your delivery charges.”
