“It was very poor as I payed extra for next day delivery and never go it. The order was two days late and when it arrived only half of it came. I had to wait another two days for the other half to come also, I was promised a voucher which I never recieved. Poor customer service I will never order from this website again. Thank you”

“Worst online experience ever. I received a item with the security tab left on it so I had to return it. Cost me £4.25 to return by royal mail. I also paid £4.99 for it to be delivered to me by sports direct. I didnt receive the £4.99 back just the item price. Its your company fault I had to return it so you should give me the delivery charge back as I could not take it to the store due to covid. If it was returned due to not liking it or didn't fit then the charge is ok. Never shopping online at sports direct ever again.”

“I bought two pairs of trainers, however, one pair was a 2 sizes too big, a mistake made by me. I sent them back on the same day and they replaced them without any issues and very quickly. Unfortunately the other pair I bought were white Reebok but with black ink stains on the front of the left trainer and on the laces..cant get it off. I could have replaced them but felt best leave it as it cost me almost £4 for returns and seeing as id already paid for one pair i wouldn't bother. So whilst they were quick on one hand, i felt its abit unfair to have to pay for returns when one's already having to pay for the items. Products bought are good, so mixed reviews from me.”

“Great items if they had been delivered to me and not someone else. A courier service saying they had evidence that the items had been delivered to me! Even though completely different house and person. Problem resolved by the person whose home they delivered my parcel to delivering to my house. Thanks for her kindness and honesty.”

“I am so disappointed with the return policy. I ordered a football that came in slashed. I decided to return it. And I had to pay 6 pound! That is such a bad policy. it just made every other good services from sports direct bad!”
