“Whilst the products were absolutely fine and no faults with that, I have to express my disappointment in you using Hermes as your courier. Not only did they say they delivered my packages at 14:45 with an email sent at 18:00. The courier delivered the packages at the wrong address! So I had to spend my evening looking at the front of houses to match the photo taken, knock on someone’s door (baring in mind there is a global pandemic happening right now) to pick up my own parcel. I think you need to re-consider who choose to deliver your items as it has put my off having my items delivered with your company.”

“The shop itself is ok, staff usually polite and helpful, however, this is asking based on latest purchase which was online shopping due to Lockdown Restrictions due to the Pandemic. There needs to be full Traceability of products and Orders being Dispatched, need to re-evaluate which Courier services they use, need to cease sending ridiculous replies ie- Order does not exist, when clearly i have an order number, it is as if they do not care what happens to the order once it has been dispatched for the Courier, what ever happened to customer satisfaction or the customer is always right. Nobody answered the phones which makes contact extremely difficult in an already stressful Lockdown, it was only when they realised i had screenshot the whole purchasing process from each and every screen, the emails as responses, the courier emails and have cctv at home that they began to actually attempt to deal with the issue. No offer of compensation for the Anxiety overload nor the Depression caused and the trouble caused for myself having to attempt the worst chat function created by the courier, also the searching for some form of phone number so i could atleast speak to a human, still never got to do that. Worst experience of my life and definately will NOT do thisbwith them ever again. I will stick to Argos and Amazon.”

“The parcel arrived promptly my only issue is that not only do you charge for postage u charge to return. Normally my husband is a 12 but these came up big but he is going to have to put up with it as I refuse to pay return costs then have to pay delivery again for the size down. I wouldn’t recommend online services from sports direct pay more and go elsewhere and get free exchanges”

“I ordered a size 6 safety boot. the first set came and were a size 8 it cost me £8.95 to return them. the second attempt arrived and were a size 7 so I had do pay to return these.”
