“Sizing was completely wrong so had send back at my own expense, it's the only retailer to charge for this, so will never order off them again. Delivery company chucked the package under my car, so was unable to locate it. Yes you guessed HERMES. if a retailer uses this company, I tend to avoid purchasing from them. So didnt find the package until two days later, when I used my car. Obviously reported to customer services that I'd paid for next day delivery, unaware it was under my car, still waiting for a response a week later. Shambles”

“Very disappointed! It says set of 15kg and 20kg of dumbells that I've brought, a set usually refers to as pairs of 15/20 but it isn't. Very misleading information!”

“Excellent service.Product was perfect in quality. The problem was either the size tag was wrong on them or the sizes were not standard to everything else i have. However returned them and no problem what so ever in them being exchanged. Waiting for these to arrive for trying on.”

“When my trainers arrived they still had the security tag on them , so I had to get that off which was pretty hard to do . They need to make sure before sending out items , please check for security tags !!!”
