“1 week after ordering I'm still waiting for my next day delivery. Hirl on customer service FB helpful but still no update on My Hermes, just says parcel delayed. Obviously you've taken my payment though!”

“Attrocious, they part cancelled the order due to misrepresentation of stock and would not allow me to do the same, making me incur high non-refundable shipping costs for auxiliary items on the order (the main item was the one cancelled) plus the cost of return if I wanted to. I contacted customer services immediately to try to cancel the order as soon as I was notified, but was informed I was not able to cancel. I am fairly certain this is in breach of my consumer rights and I will never shop at Sport Direct again.”

“Firstly I have had many products delivered successfully, yesterday I received a pair of trainers with one totally discoloured,box old & shabby, the despatch worker must have seen them as faulty. I have paid delivery charge & and now return postage for goods not fit for purpose. Received from Hermes faulty &returned via Royal Mail within 20 minutes, I have emailed and expect a refund and explanation. It is extremely difficult to find a process to complain to yourselves, this is not 21st Century service! Regards AR.”

“perfect good service very fast got puma high tops for a good price £25 which is amazing for me just the delivery or the collection price is a bit much which was £5 kind of gutted about that but other then that its a good price and overall good service would recommend to others 10/10!!!!!”

“I have rated Sports Direct 4 stars. Would have given 5 but I had a few problems with my order. I ordered trainers on 11th December but didn’t get them until after Christmas. I was very disappointed but it wasn’t really Sports Direct’s fault. The trainers I ordered got lost in transit but I didn’t know this as communication from Sports Direct was a little sparse. I sent two messages to Customer Services asking where my trainers were but I just got an automatic reply with my first message. When I sent the second message I was polite but firm indicating that someone needed to contact me to let me know what was happening with my order. Finally, I had a reply from a man called Thomas who was very helpful indeed and stated that he would look into my query. He found out that the order had been lost at the courier’s depot and offered me a refund or would re-order the trainers if I so wished. He apologised for the inconvenience and was very polite and kept me in the loop with what was going on once I decided to take a chance and have the trainers reordered. It literally only took a few days for the trainers to arrive once the order had been made. This should have been my experience the first time I round. My son finally got his trainers after Christmas so the issue was sorted in the end. The first order was lost and that wasn’t down to Sports Direct but their communication could have been much improved in the first instance. Thomas turned out to be a real help but that was only after I had sent a second message. If communication had been forthcoming in the first place I might have got the second pair of trainers before Christmas. Having said all this, I’m not put off my my experience and would order from Sports Direct again!”
