“I have still not received my order”

“I placed an order for 3 pairs of trousers, and received an email notification several hours later to say that 1 pair was of stock so this amount would be refunded. It was disappointing that the stock levels were not accurate on the web page at the time of the transaction. To re-order the other set will now mean paying for delivery again/separately. Otherwise, the other items arrived promptly and were good quality.”

“My stars would have been 5 for this review ..if you had not taken my first order with the money pending .. then said out of stock .. but made up for it with my second order . And am very pleased with the items purchased now. And very fast delivery too . In fact . Not sure how you can do it for the money involved . Well done Sport Direct . Eric G ..”

“Due to not being used to shopping on line I kept the trainers I bought even though they’re not quite the true size I needed. I usually buy a 5.5 but in this instance I needed a 6. The product itself I can’t fault it. I’ll be getting another pair next month.”

“I ordered a coat over a week ago, i paid next day delivery. I still have not received my coat, but for you to say its delivered with a photo that is clearly my house, and to be called by another name too. Not impressed, would like a full refund, please!”
