“I orded some trainers... Theyve come as a size 8...i paid 8pounds for next day delivery... I've now lost my 8 pounds for next day delivery and got to get a taxi to the nearest post office To send them back. Absoultely fumeing.”

“Parcel still not received. Sports Direct said they expected it to be delivered by Sunday 17th but still waiting. Parcel has been with Hermes since Wednesday 13th. Please re-consider which courier service you use as Hermes are very clearly letting you down and this would stop me from ordering from you in future.”
