“Customer response very poor , communication emails also poor , even asked for someone to call me to explain issues poor , I ended up with 4 sets x cycling cleats and 3 pairs of cycling shoes . Evans Cycles separated the order sending different items at different times , while getting email messages of out of stock , Sports direct did the same so a complete mess af items being out of stock ,some sent some not , separating items from different orders coming adhoc , and being charged twice for two items from ONE order , and then paying AGAIN to send most of the item back to both Evans Cycling and Sports Direct while both operating from the SAME LOCATION - BONKERS !!! IS THERE ANYONE LOOKING AT THIS AS A WHOLE NO ONE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER REDUCE COSTS FOR THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS . Why also recommend returning items by Royal Mail when the EVANS and SPORTS DIRECT used HERMES to send the goods ... what are you thinking !! why would you want to operate a business like this ... total turn off dealing with this - I assume I will need to force the process of getting my refunds for all the items returned - however I'm out of pocket for delivery charges x 2 , and charges to return the items .. so a shambles - that about sums it up. “Quick transaction. Fast delivery. I just wished that packages are more secured from the rain during wet season. Also, that your third parties will send email for updates, as I didn’t receive any but had to track it each time to know. More items, please! Other than that, you’ve rendered good service.”

“Service/ delivery was excellent but the product was disappointing I ordered 2 pairs of LA Gear joggers in my size and they were at least 2 sizes too big. Annoying when I had already got some from the shop so ordered the same size? You then have to pay for delivery and return so definitely will not be ordering on line from sports direct in the future.”

“Don't order at this online shop. They have no customer care at all. So when something is wrong, you are f*cked. They never replied to any of my emails or filled in contact forms and even refunded less than what I originally paid!”
