“Delivery was prompt but us that because something was missing? Purchased a tracksuit but only the top us there. I contacted the customer services and sent photos of the delivery including the bad as requested and now heard nothing a week on! Is anyone going to come back to me?”

“I rate you two star because I was disappointed of the running jacket I bought. I was charged £34.99 and when I received the item there was a ticket mark £ 17.99. I always expect Sports Direct as a good and honest value but not this time.”

“I bought a pair of waterproof walking boots, the sole has failed in less than a months use & after contacting the company to express my finding that this product wasn’t fit for purpose they replied saying they and I quote ‘ we wouldn't class this item as faulty and unfortunately I won't be able to assist any further with it.’ even after providing photos of the boot with a hole in them where they had split... I’ll never purchase from this company ever again and I suggest you do the same, they’re a disgrace...”

“I WOULD NEVER EVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN, USING ONLINE SHOPPING FROM SPORTS DIRECT. THESE GUYS ARE ORGANIZED AND ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. OMG AND WOW WHAT A JOKE. SEEMS LIKE THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IS THROUGH YOUR BANK, FILING A SCAM REPORT”

“This is my 1st time shopping online with sport direct, all the while I am one of your regular customer in store. However, my 1st experience was bad. I ordered MU shirt, but there's no chevrolete logo on it as in your website. I have done the complaint, but today is the 8th days, I have not yet received any feedback. Its so frustrated.”
