“Awful, ordered next day delivery on multiple items, to which only the socks came on time. Trying to contact customer services is impossible with the automated responses constantly. And on top of that on of the items I received was faulty. Awful service from start to finish. Still havent received any response or refund for my next day delivery.”

“3 out of 4 pair of leggings, arrived in a wrong seize. Despite the fact is was a mistake made by a warehouse if i wanted to return the leggings I would need to pay for the postage.”

“I have always been happy with products in the past . But I received my order last week the trainers were lovely but the tracksuit was missing the trousers. I have sent the top back the postage cost £4.85 I have tried to reorder and the size isn’t available. This was a birthday present x”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately had to return some items this has been straight forward so far, I have yet to receive my refund but is to soon. The items I purchased where high quality but unfortunately the size I ordered my usual size at other stores, were to small and fitted my daughter who is two - three sizes smaller than me, so she had the leggings and a top the other items I have returned.”

“Very quick delivery but it was painful to pay £4.99 for delivery and as the item was too big I had to return it which cost £6.99 recorded delivery. Made the item really expensive.”
