“I received my items however I ordered a tracksuit and the tracksuit came without the bottoms which was a huge inconvenience to me and I was not pleased in any shape or form.”

“99% off Eastern Mountain Sports bought zip off trousers for.50pence +4.99 postage.. Incredible deal, but tried to buy 5 other products and loaded them in my basket .Site did not make it clear only one item could be bought with postage cost payable for each. By the time this was obvious most of the items were sold out! amAnd to buy the only other item left would involve going through the whole process again.The item is a bargain, but can't wear them as they are for summer! Sports direct delivery was fast! Much improved, if only the 1 item and individual postage had been made clear on the offer!”

“Got the items through really quick. The only downside as you don't have the option to not pay postal cost and then you have to pay to return so items end up being alot more expensive than other competitors. Will know for next time as first time purchasing online because of lockdown and needed a birthday present for my granddaughter”

“I placed 3 separate orders paying for next day delivery, one of the orders was after 7pm so did not expect that the next day but following day which it did arrive then. The other two orders both placed before 7pm for next day delivery did not arrive. I ordered one of them on the Wednesday it came Friday the other on Friday that came the following Tuesday. I received emails to say orders had been received, then another to say dispatched. When tracked they were left waiting for the courier my end to pick up. I emailed to say I.d not received next day delivery, I didn't get replies straight away but when I did on both occasions told my order had been dispatched which I already knew. Anyway long story short dont waste your money paying next day delivery. I requested my postage back which I received £3 back for each order. NDD being £7.99. I.ll not be ordering again”

“Golf iron covers, two of the set broke in the first few weeks, one literally coming apart at the seams. Only a voucher offered as recompense, no refund even though the product was clearly substandard, rather than being unsuitable. Should be covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty so American Golf seems to be taking the p***. Not happy, whatever their Ts&Cs say.”
