“WORST store ever. Do NOT buy from them. They tried to rip me off by sending me a cheaper different model of a jacket that I ordered and when sending pictures of this wrong jacket they said that it looks like they would expect (they must know the difference since they sell both of these different versions on their website and they have a very big price difference). They then tell me that the jacket I am looking for no longer is in stock while I can clearly say that they say it is in stock on their website, so they are trying to rip off other people - You! Before this they sent me an order that was cancelled before it was processed, and they tried to make me pay for the shipping. This are the first times I have ever been delivered the wrong item by any store and I have ordered a lot from other companies and never had a problem. Besides this, they have absolutely useless people working in their real life stores that knows and helps with nothing. I hope that this joke of a company goes down for a new much better one. Come on, London and the UK can do Much better!”

“Great service efficient and effective. The cycle helmet was a great price and good quality. The treadmill is superb, the two men who delivered it was curtesy and provided a excellent service. The treadmill was easy to assemble and was in use straight away. As critically extremely vulnerable this has been a god send. We can now exercise without fear of getting covd-19.”
