“would not buy anything from them again ordered size 7 trainers got size 10.5,sent them back i had to pay postage asked for size 7 to be sent back got size 10.5 again ,gave them to my brother ,unbelievable”

“Been with them 10 years never had an issue. First one came during sales and quarantine. They issued me a partial refund of £20 and I got to keep my Air max that I got on sale. Legends.”

“Bought a Marmot coat which arrived with the security tag attached I returned the coat to have it removed which cost £11.00 but instead they credited the cost of the coat back. My re-order arrived with tag attached.”

“Normally go for bigger brands, was in the Army and bought my own boots for Tours, yep karimor best boots on the market in my opinion, just for kicks I got some hot rocks for hills etc, comfy as anything”

“Joke !! I’m not the slimmest of chaps a d went for a 3XL cycling jacket thinking I’d allow an extra size to give me a bit of space - #fail !! Jacket wouldn’t even fasten and left a ten inch gap at the front! My partner who normally wears a L cycle top tried it on and could just fasten it. Throw in I was also sent the wrong jacket (ordered one with black arms as it was showing full green jacket was out of stock and surprise surprise received the green jacket. My own fault for not having read the ton of identical reviews from unsatisfied customers. Perhaps if Sports Direct actually read the reviews and acted on them it would be even less frustrating having now had to pay postage to return it......... take your business elsewhere folks, this lot suck !!”

“Disappointed initially as I sent complete order back & didn’t receive standard delivery charge as per T&C’s. Sent an email & still no reply, however thanks to Keya in customer services through Facebook I now have refund. Also disappointed that you do pay for items to be sent back. Probably would wait for store to open before purchasing further.”

“I ordered on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery. The item was sent on the Saturday and wasn't received until the Wednesday, courier was Hermes. Really unpleasant experience.”

“Item arrived with security tag still attached, sent 7 e mails still waiting for someone to deal 6 days later, I’ve never had such APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, also my parcel had the receipt for a lady in Bury St Edmonds so who’s got my receipt, surely this is a data protection issue. I will NEVER order anything off of your site again and I will be posting this review on social media hoping someone who knows about data protection picks it up and contacts me for the story. If anyone reads this or CARES I would like to speak to someone who could give me an explanation for your appalling treatment of me and my issue but I don’t suppose this will happen going by your e mail non replies.”
