“First delivery never arrived so had to chase it up. Reply receiveď was it got lost in transit with an offer to refund or resend to which i requested to resend and requested a delivery refund as my item had not been delivered in the time stated. I reveived a reply saying no refund so i asked for it to be escalated. All i got back was a message saying ticket closed and if i was not satisfied with the outcome to reply to the email which i did. I got another email saying ticket closed so i replied again. The same happened again. Not great customer service. I won't be buying from sports direct again as this is the second time it has happened.”

“My order still hasn’t arrived. Plus you delivered it to the wrong house twice in a row even though my postcode is on it and every other courier gets it right”

“1.I ordered a pair of Lonsdale trainers, the sort I often buy, on-line. Delivery was fine except I had to pay about a fiver for delivery costs. I think that as the stores were all in lock-down and closed the delivery charge should have been waived. 2. I am size 8 but have to buy size 9 in this product.”

“Hi sports direct I have placed an order for a suze 6 shoe on the 1st if March and its the 10th of March today and I still haven't received my order I am never ordering anything more from sports direct. Am yet to receive my order order with no explanation”

“Unfortunately am more likely to continue to shop at Amazon as this cost me about £10 in postage (return postage plus postage deducted from refund) just to try on a pair of shoes.”

“Never recieved my sons school shoes, Courier has sent my item back to sports direct They have ignored me and i cant get through to anyone I have not recieved a refund. Cheeky bastards”

“I ordered size 8-11 to fit size 9 feet and this pair of socks was way big. There’s only 4 options infants, children, women’s and men’s sizes. So all the guys go for women’s size, it’s a shame!!!”
