“I never got my parcel, Hermes driver delivered to somewhere else unfortunately. I don't understand the reason Sports Direct hires Hermes as transporter. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I will ask my Bank the request a refund from Sports Direct”

“First and last experience of buying online from you. 3 out of the 4 items I ordered were cancelled and unavailable- update the website to reflect this! Charged £5 for delivery postage, that’s fine but I had to pay for postage to return which was £4 when the 1 item and only item I had to return cost £19. Just a bit poor when you look at other online shops who offer Better service and free returns atleast!”

“I put address wrong tried to change it and could not change then ordered second lot as needed for that weekend the other parcel got delivered to wrong address had to collect from them and now got to pay to send back parcel very poor not happy at all”

“Really angry. Ordered a pair of trainers and some socks. Order went through until I received an email to say my trainers weren’t in stock. Do not want to pay £5 delivery for some socks so want to cancel my delivery but I am unable to. It should have stated at the time the trainers weren’t in stock and I would have picked another pair but this is all down to being greedy for that £5. I will therefore never use Sports Direct again.”
