“Parcel was due 2 days ago. Parcel has been with Hermes since last Friday amd delivery has been rescheduled by them 8 times”

“I put address wrong tried to change it and could not change then ordered second lot as needed for that weekend the other parcel got delivered to wrong address had to collect from them and now got to pay to send back parcel very poor not happy at all”

“Really angry. Ordered a pair of trainers and some socks. Order went through until I received an email to say my trainers weren’t in stock. Do not want to pay £5 delivery for some socks so want to cancel my delivery but I am unable to. It should have stated at the time the trainers weren’t in stock and I would have picked another pair but this is all down to being greedy for that £5. I will therefore never use Sports Direct again.”

“Item delivered and returned at my expense as it was incorrect size. Item was then EVENTUALLY refunded as it apparently wasn't in stock. I was then able to order the size I had requested on the return online and then had to pay delivery again! Poor customer services aswell, no help at all”
