“order came quickly but didn't have a return form so had to print my own and I think its bad that you have to pay to send the item back to get just exchange for the next size so don't think I will order again because this cost all in all 8 pound because delivery charge and return charge”

“Bought trainers for my son, did not fit. They charged me delivery for the original order and delivery to post back. It has cost me nearly 10 pounds for an unsuitable item . Would not use sports direct again!”

“ordered 10 items 9 came very quick good service but due to sizing on some products had to return 4 postage and packing/tracked only £6.50, but next day recieved an e-mail they had recieved returned items and a few days later money refunded excellent service.”
