“I paid for delivery, which said 3 to 7 days, but took 9. The product was the wrong size, so I have returned and asked for smaller size. Have had to pay postage to return the parcel. Would be better if could return at same place I picked up the parcel, and free of charge. Will I be reimbursed for the return postage? If the replacement product is not satisfactory, I'll have to pay again to return it and obtain a refund.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of trainers. 2 pairs were a very strange fit and had to back. £6.95 delivery and £12 return costs made the only pair I kept much more expensive than they should have been. I won’t be using again.”

“3rd order with sports direct and a wrong item was in the package, I immediately reported it to find that I may have to pay for tracked delivery back to Sports direct for the wrong item, still waiting for a reply 48 hours later. In fairness other items were OK although packaging varied for the same items. This would have been 5 stars if the returns process was not such a pain in the ****, other similar suppliers include a returns form and prepaid sticker for this and answer within 24 hours or sooner with return approval. Kind of just OK but not great service so faron this order.”

“Not bad with delivery. Wasn't happy with the service received with my order. As they didn't have an item in the size I wanted and cancelled my order last minute with an email explain they don't have it in stock even though I emailed back to see if I could change the color of my item just got a reply back say no your order has been processed. Not happy with this service”

“Order arrived no problems and I had to return one item that was to small a few days later got email to say exchange has been done and order on way. Very happy with this efficient service. Thank you, looking forward to receiving last item for my son.”

“I am very happy with my new set of weights, especially being able to get them during the lockdown. They arrived on time, but the package was delivered to another address by HERMES 😒. The delivery driver was clever and took a close up photo of the package, making it hard to distinguish where it was left! Terrible!!! I’m glad that I have nice neighbours who were able to bring the package to me.”
