“I bought a pair of running shoes which arrived in 2 days. They were very nice but were too small and there wasn’t the next size up.I received a refund which was back in my bank account within 2 days. Great service I will definitely ship from Sports Direct again.”

“Terrible. Half my order arrived in an unsealed box (not taped up!), and the other half just didn't arrive at all! Contacting customer services is a nightmare. I just ended up with bot responses until I found the Sports Direct Facebook page and contacted them via Messenger. Unprofessional to say the least. I have to accept that my order was lost a week ago and I've got to contact my credit card company to pursue a refund. Disgusting service.”
