“I received my order of running shoes eventually, but they were too tight. I have been a 9.5 UK size for years, but these (Made in China) were too tight. Sent them back to "exchange them" for a UK size 10. This was confirmed by email that they had been exchanged, but there was no other information : would they be delivered automatically, did I have to pay extra for re-delivery, did I have to pick them up? Don't know. Here I am over a week later, still waiting. Can you help please? I cannot answer the questions below as my shoes haven't arrived yet.”

“I amended my delivery address when placing my order. Received confirmation email with my old address as delivery address. I contacted customer service through email. They said nothing that could do. I emailed to see if my order could be sent out again. No reply. It was a large order for £250 I didn’t order again as I didn’t have funds to do so.”

“وصول سريع جداً منتجات أصلية مطابقة للصور نوعاً ما، ما عدى رقم القطعة 62310630350 يوجد اختلاف حيث أن الصورة تظهرة خط اسود اسفل التيشيرت بعكس الذي وصل إلي The arrival of very fast products is somewhat identical to the pictures, except for the part number 62310630350. There is a difference in where the image is located. A black line appears under the T-shirt, unlike the one that arrived to us.”

“Part of my order arrived promptly, however I recieved notification that the balance of my order had been sent to the courier on Thursday and the link to track my delivery still shows the courier is waiting to recieve my shipment. I was looking at future orders due to the competitive pricing of SportsDirect.com, as I needs more trainers etc. but this experience is causing me a great deal of concern and because of that I am holding off with any future orders until this matter is resolved.”

“for the first time i ordered two items from you only one item arrived due to the other item being sold out i would of picked another item had i been told straight away so now if i want to order another item i have to pay another delivery charge again i am not happy at all”

“Very very bad customer services ordered two items that internet said were in stock 20 minutes later got email saying one item was out of stock so tried to cancel order as not worth getting one item as postage was more expensive than the item got told nothing they can do and would not give refund very unhappy would never order from her again nor will family and fiends”
