“Disappointed as did not receive my order even after updating details for them to re try delivery. Only then for them to send an email to them informing me of a refund on my order as they cannot deliver my order. No explanation as to why they cannot deliver my order.”

“After my purchase and my item was delivered. The item was too small so I have returned the item. Let’s say they did not make it easy to do and was confusing. I’m half expecting them to just refund me instead of sending me an exchange he for the bigger size. Also my item wasn’t much and I’ve now spent almost 50% of the item cost in postage. I like sport direct. But I will never be buying online with them again.”

“I am so upset - I bought this bike for my daughter's birthday present but the color not the same as what I chose and one of the wheels was punctured. I tried to communicate with them but no solution yet. I regret that I bought from this store.”

“I order 2 pairs of shoes on website because it was more economical due to the £4.99 postage.Only 1 pair in stock ,no option to cancel the order.The shoes were in the sale but ended up costing almost normal price due to postage for just 1 pair.Wouldnt order again online as they are advertising items that are not in stock.”

“Delivery took longer than stated and the tracking information was incorrect. Part of my order was supposed to be sent separately but I haven’t received it yet and have had no further information about it.”

“Quality and delivery and timing etc were good. Only problem was I ordered one toddler trainers in a size 5 and the box they came in said said 5 but they were actually 5.5. Not a huge issue and kept them anyway because he’ll only grow into them!”
