In the last month I have made two online purchases with Sports direct. Your website was easily navigable for both items with the filters particularly useful. Both items were due to arrive with about seven days but both arrived with three. This was unexpected but gratefully received.

Ordered a shirt for my son, selected the right size on the web site, sent an email of the order stating it was the wrong size! Emailed the company to change the size before order sent out, you stated unable to change the order or cancel the order even though order hadn’t been dispatched, had to immediately return the item costing me nearly £10 in postage coat, will never order online with your company again

One of our orders arrived without one of the trainers in the box. I'm still waiting for delivery of the missing trainer. That was 4 days ago!

I recently ordered my daughter a bike from yourselves online which was delivered yesterday. Firstly, when I collected the bike from the neighbour it was wrongly delivered to, as my address was clearly documented on the order and the delivery driver had made no attempt to deliver it to my address, as I was home all day and I have a ring doorbell which shows no one had attempted to access my property. I then noticed that there was a price sticker on the box of the bike which states that the bike should have been sold at a lower price than I actually paid for it on line ( this is both the original price and also sale price) even after using my NHS discount, I still paid more than the sale price on the box. As a customer, this is obviously very frustrating as it means that I had paid more than the product Is worth and therefore falsely advertising and overpricing the bike on line. I then went on to unbox the bike and some parts of it look like they have already been used, the handle bars were filthy and also the seated area. Considering we are currently in the midst of a pandemic, I do not at all consider this sanitary or acceptable. Overall I am rather disappointed and unhappy with the experience of purchasing this bike online with your company. I will attach photos of the issues I have raised.

The On-line shop certainly worked fine and the items were delivered speedily. So happy with all of that. However, even having the items delivered to a local shop for collection still invoked a £4.99 delivery charge on a £25.00 item. So I will certainly bear that in mind when next looking to purchase sports items on line as other companies tend to waive the fee if delivered for collection. I will also remember to click the "Do not email offers" box as I was inundated! with emails, so many I wasnt able to sift through them to see which one pertained to my delivery!

The pruduct I purchased has not come to me for over a week. Enquired about its whereabouts. The reply was that it is cancelled. What a joke.

Very pleased with Sportsdirect excellent service. Everything with supreme professionalism and attention to detail. I will recommend this company to friends anyday. Still can't beleive how simple it was to purchase what I needed and getting it sent to South Africa so quickly. Ten out of ten for Sportsdirect.👍

Very pleased with my wetsuit and fast delivery. I do think that there should be a certain amount spend for a free delivery option though, as the £5 delivery charge makes me not want to order from this company very often.

Was bought as a gift but he didn’t like the colour so I had to return registered at my own expense & wanted to exchange & pay the additional extra for a black one same size but returning the jacket registered cost me £7 so didn’t feel inclined to spend any more money on reordering a black one & paying yet again delivery charge as black more than returned red which I was happy to pay price difference!

Hopeless , customer service line rings out and no response to emails for a week . The trousers are missing from the ski suit and the fleece is a medium but has been wrongly labelled as a large , we want a large in the fleece and medium black Nevica trousers
