“Some poor processes in regards to altering or cancelling orders, especially when I messaged within minutes of my wrong order but no money grabbing mike ashely won't pay for the system updates no doubt, no wonder Newcastle are appalling. Everything feels cheap with sports direct from the packaging to the mashed up box the trainers arrived, better to sticking to asos next time.”

“Extremely expensive delivery. After placing the order one of the shoe have been cancelled. It returns to small shoes and I need it to be returned and surprise even for returns you have to pay for delivery.It cost me in total 12 pounds only delivery. They are ripping off the customers especially during lockdown when all the shops are closed and there is no way to buy school shoe for children. This was my first and last time when I ordered from sport direct.”
