“Very poor service still waiting for my parcel after paying three weeks ago . Emailed customer service and no answer or parcel for item paid for .”

“It’s the delivery fee and returns process that has put me off ordering again. I ordered some trainers and paid £4.99 to be delivered - unfortunately they don’t fit so I’ve got to pay to return them and no option to take them to a collection point like a lot of other stores. I won’t be ordering again unless I’m 100% confident that I won’t need to return the product. There are plenty of sports shops who offer free delivery and free returns when buying trainers that cost £60 plus”

“Ordering online very easy. However £4.99 for P&R on two separate orders & deliveries is outrageous and extremely expensive. I wouldn’t have normally bought online but due to lockdown the stores were closed. My order contained gifts for a family member which then had to be posted again to them which was more expense. My order containing clothing were individually packaged so that was a positive. On reflection I’d shop in store next time.”

“Took £210.99 from my account. Parcel never arrived. Investigation started, No refund made. Emails unanswered. Messages without reply. Outrage is a understatement. On Monday I intend to find & block-in your deliverey driver until he returns my cash. I have already explained this to you.”

“Item was delivered to wrong address (next door) even though I was at home. Was sent a great photo via e-mail (with our next door neighbour's open door, and legs in it) saying it had been delivered and that the local courier enjoys delivering parcels.”

“THIS DELIVERY STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED A WEEK LATER. PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED A WEEK AGO. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR MY NEXT DAY DELIVERY. SO MY REVIEW WOULD HAVE TO BE RUBBISH. CAN SOMEONE CHASE THIS UP, AS I HAVE TRIED CALLING A FEW TIMES,STILL NO JOY. I REALLY FEEL THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. REGARDS MR LEON BROOKS.”

“A wrong colour was shipped. I tried to report this via website but it wouldn’t submit my form. Ended up keeping the trainers because didn’t have the time to look for other ways of complaining and needed the trainers for work pretty much rig it away.”
