“Poor, cancelled one of my items from my order resulting in me having to pay delivery charges again as I needed the item for a birthday. Wouldn’t use again”

“TERRIBLE Ordered pair of shoes, received wrong size, had to pay to return it and exchanged - received exchange again and wrong size again! had to pay again to sent it back. PATHETIC.”

“If I could write 0 stars I would. I ordered two pairs of trainers to try and save on the postage. I paid, the money came out of my account. Then I had an email to say one pair weren’t available. I couldn’t speak to a human to try and get the same pair on a different colour, when I eventually harassed their Instagram account I was told I’d need to make a new order, more £5 postage costs. Eventually the shoes arrived, too big. But I have to pay to send them back and the returns policy isn’t extended for when the shops open so no other choice. Absolute rip off and disgusting service. Oh and the money for the second pair was still showing as out of my available account balance for over a week!!! Disgusting.”
