“I am disappointed I have placed 2 orders and each time the item is out of stock I am still waiting for my money to go back into the bank so I can order another pair of trainers from somewhere else”

“I ordered something for my daughters birthday paid £7.00 for next day delivery. they ended up coming 4 days later, missed my daughters birthday, then when I called to get the refund they said sorry yes fine, then proceeded to refund me £3.00 which I just adding insult to injury, I wont order from sports direct again as not reliable.”

“I put in the same order a pair of shoes and joggers and a day after my order I got a message saying the shoes went out of stock, and I got refunded for the shoes but not for the delivery money that I originally paid for the shoes. So then I had to order again and pay for delivery or lose my money anyway. Very poor service and will think twice before buying again”

“The delivery was quick and fast but because the return fee is on me, after two returns I didn’t buy anything at the end. The company didn’t get money from me and I still don’t have shoes. I’ll choose next time an other company for online shopping.”

“I paid for delivery, which said 3 to 7 days, but took 9. The product was the wrong size, so I have returned and asked for smaller size. Have had to pay postage to return the parcel. Would be better if could return at same place I picked up the parcel, and free of charge. Will I be reimbursed for the return postage? If the replacement product is not satisfactory, I'll have to pay again to return it and obtain a refund.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of trainers. 2 pairs were a very strange fit and had to back. £6.95 delivery and £12 return costs made the only pair I kept much more expensive than they should have been. I won’t be using again.”

“3rd order with sports direct and a wrong item was in the package, I immediately reported it to find that I may have to pay for tracked delivery back to Sports direct for the wrong item, still waiting for a reply 48 hours later. In fairness other items were OK although packaging varied for the same items. This would have been 5 stars if the returns process was not such a pain in the ****, other similar suppliers include a returns form and prepaid sticker for this and answer within 24 hours or sooner with return approval. Kind of just OK but not great service so faron this order.”
