“Great range of products unfortunately I probably wont order again as return postage from Ireland is outrageous. Shame as all my 3 children love their sports brands.”

“The courier did not attempt to deliver my parcel and it was sent back to Sports Direct. Therefore, I paid the delivery charge without receiving my parcel.”

“Item delivered and returned at my expense as it was incorrect size. Item was then EVENTUALLY refunded as it apparently wasn't in stock. I was then able to order the size I had requested on the return online and then had to pay delivery again! Poor customer services aswell, no help at all”

“I ordered something for my daughters birthday paid £7.00 for next day delivery. they ended up coming 4 days later, missed my daughters birthday, then when I called to get the refund they said sorry yes fine, then proceeded to refund me £3.00 which I just adding insult to injury, I wont order from sports direct again as not reliable.”

“I put in the same order a pair of shoes and joggers and a day after my order I got a message saying the shoes went out of stock, and I got refunded for the shoes but not for the delivery money that I originally paid for the shoes. So then I had to order again and pay for delivery or lose my money anyway. Very poor service and will think twice before buying again”

“The delivery was quick and fast but because the return fee is on me, after two returns I didn’t buy anything at the end. The company didn’t get money from me and I still don’t have shoes. I’ll choose next time an other company for online shopping.”
