“Ordered my trainers over a week ago for next day delivery and they still havnt turned up. Impossible to get an answer out of sports direct. Web chat is useless. Just keep telling me that you are aware of the problem. Just want my trainers. Not good at all. Won’t use you again.”

“I ordered 3 items, I was very precise in choosing sizes, however the order went through and the sizes changed and there was no way even after a few minutes to change the order. This left me with no option to return at my cost for refund or exchange. I won't be ordering again.”

“Placed an order over a week ago for trainers and a vest top. Received an email a week ago telling me you’ve taken the money for the shoes and I would hear shortly when the items are in store. I’m still waiting. No update or reason for delay. Very disappointed with the service.”

“Purchased a pair of shoes for my son online. Had to pay £4.99 for collection in store which doesn't make sense, so I arranged for delivery to home address which was the same £4.99 postage. The shoes did not fit so had to return. A free return postage label was not included despite having already paid £4.99 for delivery. I then had to pay a further £3.20 postage to return the shoes as the purchase was made online and they DO NOT accept online purchases to be returned to store!?? An overall postage cost of £8.19 and we still don't have any shoes!!! I will not be ordering online from Sportsdirect a very poor service.”

“ZERO rating, Poor customer service given by Nicola, Sandra. Avoid ordering from them as they offer NO after sale resolution. They are ripping me off by charging me return shipment pending their decision,. THIEVES STOLEN MY MONEY and not delivered part of my order op top of sending me faulty item. I WISH A MANAGER OR CEO could look into this issue. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.”

“Tracksuit arrived without bottoms a week ago. Still dealing with Sports Direct to get them sent, communication poor. Have had to sign a very formal Denial of receipt form so that SD can claim from courier, when they clearly weren't included in the parcel in the first place.”

“Hi I’m wondering if you could help me we got these shoes a week ago from yous I’ve just had a phone call from school to say that the shoes has broke now surely it shouldn’t of happened this quick to a pair of shoes I’m just abit stuck due to not been able to return these to you or go to shop as I have been advised to still shield due to medical issues and now my daughter has no shoes now for school at this hard time hope you can really help me with this issue”

“Item was completely mis-described on website. Don't see why online purchases can't be returned via stores. Had to be very persistent in getting a reply-paid returns label. Won't be shopping at SD again.”

“Have to pay for postage no matter how much you spend, compared to other online retailers this is not comparable service for online deliveries. Have to pay for postage for returns, store does not accept returns for refund, only exchange or credit note… again poor service compared to others. So if I can get same product elsewhere in future I will, SportsDirect is a last resort! Done store collection for 2nd order & didn’t get £5 voucher as it states!!??”
