“I shop a lot online and have become accustomed to great delivery and returns procedure. Sports direct postage cost is quite expensive compared to others and they also charge returns postage. I will be reluctant to purchase from their online store again.”

“Only part of order delivered, you can not physically contact anybody to discuss missing item (which was a heavy piece of sports equipment over four feet long) you just get messed about and fobbed off, I wouldn't use them again, very poor service ☹☹☹”

“I ordered in a Saturday and was impressed by the offer of next day delivery-on a Sunday! Paid extra but the delivery didn’t come. I complained only to be told we don’t deliver Sundays but I had been sent an order acknowledgment they did. Monday came and went - still no delivery. Who knows when it will arrive? No apology-no offer of returning the postage. Customer service?? What a joke”
