“Online order came in decent time, but the returns process is ridiculous. Either pay to send it back or only get store credit in store. In this modern day you’d think you’d just get a normal standard return by getting money back, and not having to faff on with that. Won’t be ordering from there again. You lose either way”

“Ordered two pairs of walking boots (same boot just different sizes), they weren’t available in store. Thinking I wd try them on and keep the pair that was the best fit. Couldn’t return the one pair for refund, only credit note. WONT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE AGAIN”

“I shop a lot online and have become accustomed to great delivery and returns procedure. Sports direct postage cost is quite expensive compared to others and they also charge returns postage. I will be reluctant to purchase from their online store again.”

“Only part of order delivered, you can not physically contact anybody to discuss missing item (which was a heavy piece of sports equipment over four feet long) you just get messed about and fobbed off, I wouldn't use them again, very poor service ☹☹☹”
