“Bad expierence , bought trainers for my little boy , and it came two different shoes in a box , now i need to pay for returning it back postal fees ... never buy from sports direct anymore”

“No response to tickets raised to identify a missing delivery. sports Direct says dispatched ..Hermes says not received ..no delivery and no response to tickets still it has been 5 days .. awful service in this day and age”

“Please someone get back to me . I made an order for a pair of karimoor kinder boots in size 10 7 days ago and paid for next day delivery .And have still not received the item .tracking shows upto heroes depot and no further I've tried contacting sports direct but can not get a response .I'm very angry as I need the boots for a trip .very bad service”

“Will never use this company again for anything double charged for an order that I waited 3 weeks for ! Paid next day delivery twice for one order ! Can’t get in touch with anyone directly apart from a mail shocking customer services for a major company will be advising family and friends to stay clear also !”
