“very poor considering you ahve ti pay £4.99 delivery and then have ti pay to send them back if they dont fit its discusting! in the whole of lock down i have never known a company to charge delivery and to send it back will not be buying online here again.”

“I ordered a pair of Sketchers trainers, Karrimor walking sandals and karrimor running socks they all arrived together and fir perfect. My experience with Sports direct was great no problems or issues with my order at all. I would recommend them I’ve ordered before and will do again.”

“Service in the shop was very unhelpful and was directed to the website, in a passing comment, to answer our stock queries, worked out better as the trainers we were prepared to buy in the shop were £10 cheaper on the website. Delivery from myhermes was very poor. They couldn't find the house, although it's very straightforward and not hidden. They couldn't work out the difference between the delivery address and the billing address! Until it was pointed out to them, of course. This caused delivery to be 2 days later than needed. Think I might just try somewhere else next time we need trainers.”

“Returned x3 pairs of trainers to exchange for larger sizes. 2 pairs were exchanged, that was confirmed via the email I received, however the other trainers were not in stock for exchange, was not said in email if they will be sent when next in stock, if so when, or if I would get a refund and when to expect it, or any confirmation that they were being refunded? To call costs extra on top of usual network charges and the email I sent back to enquire states that the mailbox does not work?”

“The outdoor Table tennis by Donnay was of terrible quality. It is flimsy and unstable. It is very difficult and time consuming to put together. The instructions were challenging. I do not recommend anyone buying this product.”

“It cost me £11 to try on a pair of £49 shoes, £5 to have them delivered and £6 to return them because they're too small. Always get the same size in the same brand, never any issues, this time size 9 is more like an 8. Not very happy, but that's life. Won't be ordering off you again.”

“Shoes in delivery did not match and appeared to be a previous return. Upset that I now have to wait for the return to be set back before a new pair is dispatched, even having set a picture of the shoes”
