“Awful will never use again. Only half my package arrived and when I emailed (because there is no phone number) about the rest, I never heard back. I sent 5 emails with no response. I’m guessing what I ordered wasn’t in stock but it didn’t say that on the website and they were quick to take the money for it! Will use j.d next time.”

“Ordered some men’s sandals, £23..but another £5 delivery. When they came was completely wrong product. A pair of proper shoes, which were actually higher price. Someone had put the wrong barcode on the box. One good thing was customer service sent me pre paid postage sticker to return. Normally postage back you have to pay for. Unfortunately the sandals I ordered are now out of stock in my size, so not great experience unfortunately”

“Pretty good service. I had to wait a short while for delivery, but I was informed of this at purchase. I didn’t notice, but I must have not unchecked a box to not receive a massive mug. Sorry but it went straight in the bin. Not great for the environment.”
