“Customer service is pathetic , I have been asking for someone to ring me for over a week. I keep getting this ridiculous person telling me that they cannot phone customer. I will not use this company again . The way they deal with problems is garbage .”

“Hi Unfortunately my experience was not as I expected 1- I have been charged for an item was out of stock and canceled from your side 2- I have been charged for delivery $$ 3- I have been charged from local delivery ( I don’t know why) 4- some items was not as described so I have to return them, which I have to pay to return ( pay for 4th time) So what do you think about my experience with sport Direct?”

“Well done Sports Direct!! You can send a review email out but you can’t reply to my emails re failure to deliver goods which I ordered😡😡 !! Your order confirmation said I would receive my order Wednesday just gone, Your brilliant carrier Hermes told me they had my order Sunday just gone but they had a delay but would get it “moving” within 24 hours, despite trying to track the order Hermes still say the same as last Sunday,!! Where is my ORDER you have my money 💰 PLEASE REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT”
