“I have not received most of my order and it is now 5 days late. I had to send an online query and reply is taking a bit long. I spent over £100 and thought I would have a better delivery service. So far, money has been taking but items still missing.”

“I am very pleased with my bike & lights & the condition they were delivered. Not so much with my ‘free gift’ that was smashed & my bike helmet that had also been handled roughly & was cracked in several places, making it unfit for purpose. The automatic email I received was very prompt asking for photos but I then received no further communication from Sports Direct. I did however receive notification from PayPal that I had received a refund for the helmet. Whilst I was happy with this, I feel an email from Sports Direct would have been welcome.”

“The Nike Air Max Ivo Trainers I bought are a heavy, clumpy shoe. Not at all like my previous experience of Nike Air Runners. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Poor delivery service. Paid extra for next day delivery. Goods arrived 3 days later. One item was wrong size. Had to go 2 miles to shop to return via Hergest. No refund of delivery charges offered or agreed to just a voucher for a future service. After this poor service I will not use again.”

“Disappointed as ordered two pairs of trainers and one pair of football boots for my sons after school football and paid next day delivery to ensure the football boots arrived. I received a message informing me that the boots were not available and wouldn’t be arriving, there was no options to order alternative boots to ensure we had new boots which we desperately needed and I still have not received an email to inform me of my refund. If it the stock availability was not current the the company should Not have processed my payment for goods deemed unavailable! Very disappointed and will be seeking a refund for next day delivery costs and making a complaint for the mia sold footwear.”

“Customer service was drradful. still waiting for a reply. I am still waiting for a reply from Charlotte, of House of Fraser after my complaint got a very abrupt reply stating 'these things happen during packing!! well I am dismayed if the people 'packing' an order that was £100 worth, and put a very damaged Underwear box(looked like it had been chewed by a dog!!) and also another underwear box that had been opened& the Boxers unfolded then left hanging out of the box, into a delivery!!, (which happened to be for my sons 18th Birthday) I did not have time to send the WHOLE order back incase I could not get the same items in time.”
