“Orderd a benfica football kit for my son and when it was delivered I only got the t shirt.i then emailed to explain to them what had happend and I've tried to find a number online for them but all the numbers don't work.i emailed lore than 3 times to try to get them to send the rest of the kit back and they told me they going to send me a label to send it back and they will give me half my money back which don't make any sense because it was there mess up.i am still trying to get hold of the customer service people through telephone but seems to not exist”

“Absolutely rubbish waited 5 days for parcel and never received it. I was there each time it was supposed to be delivered, but I just kept getting a message to say they had tried to deliver but I was there. They were delivering to my work and we were open all the time. Won’t be ordering anything else from sports direct, until you sort your courier service out!”

“They are wrong but they do not reimburse Order two pairs of shoes. I arrive after a long wait and a pair of shoes arrives in the wrong size, or rather wrong size but in the box showing the exact size. I contact them and they claim to have shipped the correct size and therefore they do not take responsibility for the error and obviously for the refund. If it goes smoothly, you save a little but if they make a mistake, you lose your money. I do not recommend”

“I think sports direct do a great serive but there delivery serive with fastway is terrible. I live in block appartments twice the courier of fastway for area was to lazy to ring my buzzer to get in gate instead I had to drive 10 mile to collect my parcel of him I can't even get three to fastway to complain about this don't see why I'm payin £5 delivery if the courier to lazy to use the buzzer in gate he jst try to ring on my mobile if I dnt answer he jst drive on poor serive on fastway bt.”

“I've bought some trousers from them and they sent me a wrong item (after 1 month of waiting). After 2 weeks of mails they asked me to send back the wrong item. I paid another 25 euros. They received the wrong item 3 weeks ago and now they don't even answer to my emails. The worst shopping experience ever.”

“Had my delivery come in two parcels and charged me £4.99 to be delivered to my local shop? I also ordered two packs of playing cards and only received one pack!!! and cannot be bothered with messing around for the price of 75p .... Although the delivery came in two halves sports direct kept me informed of the situation and i got superb value for money. Would of given 5 stars if didn't need to pay extra to be delivered to my local shop and the parcels to come in two halves.”
