“Shocking. I ordered trainers on a Friday for next day delivery and paid £7.00 (delivery charge). Received email on Saturday to say there was a problem with the order and received a code for free next day delivery on my next order. Trainers arrived on Wednesday. Needless to say, won't be ordering anything from Sports Direct. I'll find an alternative sports shop.”

“Sorry I am downgrading my score, I finally received my order today. (21 days after ordering) Unfortunately it was faulty. I have to say I am extremely disappointed. My delivery arrived very damaged. I spent ages on the help chat and was promised a return label by email which didn't arrive. I was told you couldn't replace the damaged item until you received the faulty one back, so i'm stuck in limbo.”

“Bought 2 lampshades. Disgraceful they were not boxed to be delivered. They were thrown in a plastic bag and are now obviously very damaged. Won't be ordering again.”
