“Decent range and relatively quick delivery to AMS. Would have liked to order Adidas but this is not delivered outside of UK but managed to get a decent football kit for my kid.”

“Ordered footballer boots 10 days ago, Fastway couriers have had them for the last 5 days, still not delivered. Why do you use this courier? They are by far the least reliable courier in NI.”

“I ordered the product in the appropriate size only to find that size 7 shoe is with sports direct 40.5 which is actually a 6.5 not a 7, so they were too small and guess what I had to pay £5 to send them back. Hurrah. 41 is a 7 in every other shoe shop.”

“No response to tickets raised to identify a missing delivery. sports Direct says dispatched ..Hermes says not received ..no delivery and no response to tickets still it has been 5 days .. awful service in this day and age”

“Please someone get back to me . I made an order for a pair of karimoor kinder boots in size 10 7 days ago and paid for next day delivery .And have still not received the item .tracking shows upto heroes depot and no further I've tried contacting sports direct but can not get a response .I'm very angry as I need the boots for a trip .very bad service”

“Will never use this company again for anything double charged for an order that I waited 3 weeks for ! Paid next day delivery twice for one order ! Can’t get in touch with anyone directly apart from a mail shocking customer services for a major company will be advising family and friends to stay clear also !”
