“Bought a pair of No Fear trainers. Received a box with two different sizes and two different makes of trainer. Could not exchange at Sunderland store and had to return them at my expense.”

“Ordered good online not as described ( needed wide fit) as advertised upon receiving goods too narrow. Took back to nearest store 8 miles away to be told only exchanges or credit notes no refunds. Upon booking a courier service companies showed sports direct not on list even though they had been delivered by courier. Eventually I have finally returned goods via post office (another trip out). The after sales non existent in my experience will not be shopping with this company further. Jm”

“Didn't receive what I ordered, contacted them for advice on what to do as I didn't have a pair of shoes and they did not care at all. After 4 days of waiting for a response all they said was according to them it was delivered correctly and they did not care about the wrong shoes and just wanted me to pay for the wrong items. Never got sorted out I just gave up trying to get it sorted out. I seriously doubt I will ever shop with sports direct again. Paid for something I never got and they don't care so whats the point.”

“staff very polite and helpful but in this day and age I cannot get a refund just a credit note. this is the second pair of trainers I need to take back as the sizing of trainers are useless and don't want to be sitting in stores trying shoes on”

“I placed an order for some items and they turned out to be small in size. I returned them and asked for an exchange for bigger sizes. I got the exchange in a much smaller size than I ordered. There’s no telephone number to speak to customer service. Returns have to be paid for. I’m completely disappointed with shopping online with sports direct.”
