“I am very disappointed with this purchase. I received two different sizes. I don’t understand how this can be. These are not apples to choose from. These are boots that are worn in pairs. I thought it was a secure service. But I am very disappointed. I lost a week because I didn't get the correct size. I needed to be sent back and was given a discount on my online purchase. And I don't want to shop online anymore. Worst service”

“It was awful quality very cheep looking and full of holes where’s they took the tags of I would have sent it back but I already took the tags of and I was so angry I threw it in the bin I will never shop with them again”

“Ordered good online not as described ( needed wide fit) as advertised upon receiving goods too narrow. Took back to nearest store 8 miles away to be told only exchanges or credit notes no refunds. Upon booking a courier service companies showed sports direct not on list even though they had been delivered by courier. Eventually I have finally returned goods via post office (another trip out). The after sales non existent in my experience will not be shopping with this company further. Jm”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers (both size 12) when they arrived one pair was a 12 and the othet an 8.5. Now I have the hassle of going to the box office.”
