“Ordered and paid for next day delivery £7.99 ..... came 3 days later but still charged asked for delivery refund got given a nxt day delivery pass voucher off my nxt order but dnt need it as already ordered what i needed”

“I ordered the product in the appropriate size only to find that size 7 shoe is with sports direct 40.5 which is actually a 6.5 not a 7, so they were too small and guess what I had to pay £5 to send them back. Hurrah. 41 is a 7 in every other shoe shop.”
