“Ordered a football kit for my son to include the top, shorts and socks. The order came and only contained the shirt! Lots of emails back and fourth, takes a while for a reply. Not great service.”

“Very quick and efficient delivery service. Unfortunately shoes didn’t fit and had to be returned. Quick at refunding payment but I had to pay postage to receive the item and also return postage, so an expensive exercise!”

“Ordered the Muddyfox bike. My son rode it for half an hour after assembling. The next morning the bike had a flat rear tyre and half the tyre was out of the frame. I have sent two emails to customer services but not had a response yet. Not happy with the purchase obviously.”

“Will never spend another penny with this company. Order was late after paying for next day delivery. When it came it was wrong and I had to pay for the return. No contact number for customer service and you don’t get a reply from your emails. ...shocking”
