“Annoying that you can’t amend an order once it’s checked out I put wrong shoe size on order but emailed straight away but they wouldn’t change it so had to return it a a cost to myself and wait a week for the exchange VERY POOR FOR ONLINE SHOPPING”

“Never usually use SD but they had stock and I couldn't find anywhere else so I took the plunge. Shouldn't have - was supposed to be here in 3-5 days, took 2 weeks, 2 different orders and four customer complaints before they arrived. Sigh.....”

“Had to pay for shipping regardless if it was for pick up in store, or sent to my house - bought three items, two of them came in different deliveries and one didn't come at all which was a nuisance! So although the deliveries were a pain, I did get a refund for the item that never came - average I suppose!”

“The cost for postage and packaging was unacceptable especially as I had to return as size was so small, so had to pay extra. Most companies in these times are not charging as they are happy to have the business. Perhaps you could look at yours☹️”
