“I have given a poor rating for the following reason. The goods came on time and the process was fast enough. However, I have received 3 emails, when order was received, processed and despatched. None of them say which constitutes a receipt. Usually when online ordering, for instance with Argos, when you buy something, the online paperwork states that it is a receipt and to be used for future queries. The emails from Sports Direct do not do this, so I'm a little confused and concerned, as one of the items is too big and I need to return. Clarity would be nice.”

“I selected size 9. The order was processed as a size 11. 1 minute after I added a note to the order to change the size and it couldn't be processed??? I find this hard to believe”

“Terrible experience - I paid for next day service for two items. Sports direct said one item was not available 11/2 hrs before deadline and would not allow me any option to purchase another item or cancel. Would not order again”
