“The skates we received were pre-used and came in a ducttaped box . When we sent them back we did not get reimbursed for the return cost even though the items were not of merchantable quality”

“If there is a one company should be avoided to buy something online, it would be Sportsdirect. And, the same as for Hermes when it comes to parcel delivery. 💯% I have cancelled the order just after I placed it but didn't get refund of £5 for the delivery charges. And, the worse delivery service ever I have witnessed which was HERMES. Hermes had left my parcel outside of our block which could be lost/stolen easily. I don't trust either Sportsdirect or Hermes anymore. I have complained few times. Unfortunately, there were no responses from them. The customer service is very poor for both companies. Both companies should be avoided wholeheartedly. PERIOD... 🛑”

“While the items turned up fairly promptly, unfortunately they are too big. Not a major deal however the whole process of delivery and return has cost me £10”

“I ordered 2x tracksuit bottoms, and 2x goodies to match as they were on a deal and cheaper to buy 2.. After I placed my order I had a email to say 1 of the hoodie got cancelled as it was not in stock. Would of liked to of known that before I placed my order.”

“The Item id ordered was dispatched quickly and efficiently, however the Item was wrongly labeled and didn't match the size id ordered, so I was disappointed, and had to return the Item ,this wasn't sports directs fault , this is a matter for Adidas to rectify. However the box it arrived in was badly damaged .”

“I ordered a large size tracksuit at the special price. My order was approved and payment taken including a further item which I placed to maximize the delivery cost. I was then told that the size I ordered was not available!!!! I have received the other item but have been charged for the tracksuit and the full delivery charge. The tracksuit has now been readvertised at the special price and appears to be available in the large size that I requested. Nothing short of a shambles. Will I be getting the tracksuit or am I getting a refund including the delivery cost???”
