“I ordered a pair of steel toe cap boots, order processed, order dispatched, out for delivery and then refunded with no attempt to deliver. Not sure whether to try re-ordering or shopping elsewhere!”

“I’m way over my expected delivery date, I emailed SportsDirect, unfortunately poor correspondence, haven’t actually got a straight answer so I have no idea where my product is. I won’t order with them again.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the items bought unfortunately they were too big so we have returned them and are waiting for the next size to be sent. Bit disappointed we had to pay to return our items and because of that it would put us off buying from Sports Direct again”

“Everything fine but I didnt realise that a hoodie I bought as a gift was actually a running top. I am not familiar with the latest developments in sportswear but like to treat my grandsons. Some explanations of the different styles would be of help to those of us who do not use sportswear themselves. Photos of someone wearing each style? Prices were very reasonable and there was a great selection. Delivery was prompt.”

“I'm not quite sure what to write really....because I'm still waiting for the item I ordered to get delivered at the correct address. The courier company claimed to have delivered the Item to my address, but I've still not recieved it. So it's a one star from me today pending when I recieve the item. Poor delivery system.”

“I have been charged 2 separate amounts for 1 order, i have tried emailing and calling to get refunded asap with no avail. It would be helpful if you would reply to customers instead of looking a good review. Very dissatisfied customer .”
