“The customer care is absolutely incompetent. Either they send wrong sizes, or it's not clear on the website. They sell items on a certain size with UK/EU size on the website, but then the item is made on US size. The The"translation between UK and US size" is absolutely wrong and they try to make you feel like the fool. Do they know that EU size is the same everywhere? I am now forced to pay a return. Totally disappointed.”

“I place a order for a pair of football boots for my son, i added a t shirt, shorts and some socks just because. Soon after i received an email stating that the boots where out of stock (checked on the website they were available). I emailed customer service explaining i really want the boots and the other things aren't important can i change them to anther pair, i have paid for delivery and if i make another order i will have to pay for delivery again. They replied saying no so i will end up loosing out for something that has nothing to do with me. I then explained this again asking to then cancel my order and redo it with another pair of boots, no shock this couldn't be done either.... So i end up loosing out and customer service don't care because either way they've got my money. Thanks”

“Bought online so additional P&P. When they didn’t fit had to return to store but they didn’t have new size. So cost more P&P (not free to store either unlike others). Given a gift receipt no refund. On a scrappy bit of badly printed till roll. Was fading quickly at home so forced into buying something quickly. Got a great priced pair of boots for dad but obviously additional P&P.”

“Would have given zero or a minus if I could have. "Next day delivery?" I paid an extra £3 on top of what I think is an already inflated delivery charge to get my parcel on day 4. Why not state weekends dont count right beside the delivery info and not a few lines further down that section? Trying to speak to a human is impossible with SD and Hermes. Appalling service. Please dont blame Covid. Other suppliers I use, amazon to name one, provide a realistically priced service including weekends. I certainly will never use SD again until you improve your service and start charging realistic delivery charges.”
