“I thought the delivery cost was expensive. The trainers were great but the sliders have a huge scratch on them. I don’t want to pay for returns so am waiting for shops to reopen to swap or take them back. They came in a clear bag so if I was the person packing at the warehouse, I wouldn’t have put that pair in.”

“Now they have sorted quicker deliveries via Hermes it’s easy to order and delivered within few days. Much better. Given 4 stars as item I ordered at Christmas was out of stock but still not had postage refunded.”

“Ordered a pair of running trainers and I was honestly so disappointed. The trainers were white in colour so I can tell I have been given the pair that has been on display for God knows how long because I can see the clear difference in colour from one leg to another, the laces and just everything is dirty compared to the one in the box. To make matters worse the trainers and extremely uncomfortable. The delivery on the other hand was very quick and rapid so that's a plus note.”

“Arrived quickly, as I had paid extra for next day delivery which is the only reason I'm not giving a 5* review as I feel this is too expensive! Trainers are amazing, have paid twice as much for trainers in the past that are half as good”

“Ordered 4 pairs of tight dri fit joggers 2 Nike and 2 Adidas both were the same bottoms in different colours 2 being black and 2 being navy blue. 1 got cancelled because of no stock which was fine but when I got my order my black Nike bottoms were completely different to my navy blue Nike joggers despite me ordering the exact same pair but in different colours, now I have some baggy Nike joggers I never wanted.”
