“I wouldn’t normally shop at sports direct as they have an awful reputation in the way they treat their staff, their returns policy is almost non existent (you can’t return and get a refund) but I needed some new walking boots and didn’t want to pay a fortune. Paid standard delivery and received next day so can’t complain about that”

“Wrong size trainers sent in the correct box. Keep being advised that they send a size bigger as the brand comes up small!! Absolute joke!! And they expect me to pay postage if I want to exchange.”
